If you intend to pay by credit card, please do not include your card number in
the email, but follow the instructions below.
Then, you may either pay with a check
(company check, cashier’s check, money order) in US dollars drawn on a US bank only or with a credit card (VISA or
Mastercard).

April 7th and when we have received the fax or letter with your
payment, we will email you a confirmation
that your registration and
payment have been
received.
The registration fee includes the conference proceedings, coffee
breaks, and a lunch every day, plus a dinner, common to both SPM and
SMI, to be served at 8pm on Wednesday, June 15. (You may bring guests
to the dinner at a cost of $50 each). The main courses for the dinner are a choice of: chicken (oven baked chicken with an
asiago herb crust, served with roasted peppers, basil risotto and
sauteed broccoli rabe) or salmon
(herb roasted filet of Atlantic salmon with a saffron onion compote,
Mediterranean vegetable lasagna and a warm spinach salad). There will
also be a vegetarian option
(no further details available). Please indicate your
selection(s) on the registration form.
You will be able to purchase additional copies of the proceedings on
site.
