GVU Center Associate Director
Keith is the Associate Director of the GVU Center, Coordinator of the Georgia Tech Ph.D. program in Computer Science, and an Associate Professor in the School of Interactive Computing. Director, External Relations
Vivian is primarily responsible for managing projects for the external relations office and establishing and maintaining relationships with sponsors that have formed or intend to form strategic partnerships with the Interactive and Intelligent Computing Division of the College of Computing and the GVU Center. She works with the GVU director to ensure an effective and collaborative atmosphere among all team members. Her duties include:
- Work with faculty to identify, develop and maintain relationships that lead to viable partnerships
- Interface with other groups on campus to facilitate fundraising for IIC and GVU
- Organize and plan programs that further the missions of IIC and GVU
- Work with communications and public relations staff to increase awareness of the programs

Administrative Coordinator
Don’s primary responsibility is administrative assistance to the Director of GVU. He is liaison in financial and budgetary matters and procures needed supplies for the Research Center as well as for student research projects. Don also runs weekly GVU Staff meetings and plans annual GVU Faculty/Staff retreats.
In addition, however, he is also responsible for the routine operation of the GVU Research Center. Specifically, he manages food and space for weekly GVU Brown Bags, monthly Faculty/Staff luncheons, and GVU Industrial Partner visits. He reserves meeting room space for faculty and students and manages the GVU Student Travel Stipend program. Don also manages the GVU web site content.
Don is involved in planning and executing special GVU events and demos such as the annual Spring Research Showcase, Living Game Worlds, and Interactivity @ GT. Don is also involved in planning GVU receptions at major conferences (CHI, SIGGRAPH, etc.). Involved with the School of Interactive Computing administrative staff, he assists planning and running their events as well.
Paramount to Don’s responsibilities, however, is keeping chocolate on hand in the GVU Center.

Marketing and Publicity Director
Renata is putting all of her effort in promoting the research of GVU's students and faculty. She is convinced that GVU does brilliant research and she thinks the world should know about it. Renata is also leading GVU branding activities and is heavily involved in the center's strategic planning. In addition to her responsibility for GVU promotional materials, she coordinates GVU symposia, research showcases, conferences and other major events including GVU's famous parties!

Research Technologist
Brian is the primary point of contact for faculty, staff, and students for technical matters relating to GVU
business. He works to provide technology support and strategy for the center. Brian also acts as a technical liaison to other parts of campus and research partners.
